2）具备大型开源软件平台的开发与维护经验
Experience in large scale software platform development and maintenance.
3）优秀的C/C++编程和阅读、Linux软件开发、调试技巧和能力

4）熟练掌握多线程、信号量、内存管理等基本概念

1）熟悉Openwrt平台架构、LUCI系统、配置方法、WAN管理、防火墙管理、VLAN配置、QOS管理、无线配置，熟悉buildroot体系者优先
